How drivers access a route
- Each route has a route code. Drivers use this code to see their stops in the app.
- Drivers can also join another route using a one-off code shown in Route Planner.
- The code is sent via SMS to your drivers each morning, but can also be foujd at the top of each route.
Getting the app
- When you add a driver in Settings → Drivers, they receive a text message with links to download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- App store links are also available in the Add Driver modal.
What drivers capture
- Mark ordera as picked up and dropped off
- Photos
- Signature

Other key features of Routes Mobile
- In-app commercial navigation: Turn-by-turn navigation optimized for commercial vehicles, launched directly from each stop.
- Auto-updating route: The stop list refreshes in real time if dispatch reorders or edits the route—no app restart required.
- Offline mode with sync: Drivers can keep working without signal; all scans, photos, and status updates auto-sync when the phone reconnects.
