Zone-based routing

Zone-based routing is an optional way to route which help you map specific hotspots in a geography and map those hotspots to drivers so orders in those areas land on the right trucks.

Create a zone

  1. Open Map in Planner.

  2. Click Create a zone (pencil icon).

  3. Draw a zone around the stops you want to add to a truck.

  4. Assign a driver and vehicle, then click Create a route.

  5. Repeat as needed for additional zones.

Why use zones

  • Keep orders within subsectors of your city/region on the correct trucks.
