A tour of Route Planner

A deep dive into the pages and the internal workings of the various views, screens, and pages.

Updated over a week ago

Overview Screen

Your command center for the day. See today’s routes at a glance, route states (planned, in-progress, completed), and quick health checks. Use it the night before to confirm coverage and day-of to track progress.

Planner Screen

Where you build and adjust routes. Switch between:

  • Kanban — a board of routes for quick drag/drop.

  • Map — visualize stops and unscheduled orders geographically.

  • Calendar (beta) — see stops laid out by time for each truck.

Filter by date and route. Drag orders from the queue onto routes, reorder stops, and save.

Order Queue

Holds all orders not yet scheduled. Review order details (pickup, drop-off, tags, PO/Order/B#) and place them onto routes manually or with auto-assignment.

Orders Screen

The full list of orders flowing into Route Planner (via ERP, email ingester, CSV, or manual adds). Use search and filters to find, inspect, or correct an order before scheduling.

Metrics Screen

Performance views for your drivers and vehicles. Track completion rates, timing, and other fulfillment stats to spot coaching and optimization opportunities.

Settings Modal

Manage first-party resources and configuration:

  • Drivers — add/edit driver info and availability.

  • Vehicles — define vehicles used for routing.

Routes Mobile (driver app)

Drivers enter a route code to see their stops, capture pickup/drop-off status, photos, signatures, and recipient names. Updates flow back to Route Planner in real time.
