Book a Curri Dedicated Route

Add stops to your Dedicated Route

If you have a dedicated route set up with Curri, you can add stops to your route in the Add Stops section of the Routes Page. If you do not have any available routes set up with us, you will be prompted to "Request Service". Click on the green button or fill out the form under https://app.curri.com/routes/request.

Adding stops to your Route

  1. Log in to your Curri account at app.curri.com/login

  2. Click the Menu Icon "=" on the top right of the page

  3. Click "Dedicated Routes"

  4. On the right-side navigation, click "Add Stops"

  5. Select the route you want to add stops onto. If you have more than one route, all Active routes will be displayed in the drop-down.

    1. Note: Only active routes will be displayed in the drop-down. Should you wish to re-activate a route, reach out to your Account Manager or email [email protected].

  6. Your vehicle tied to the route should be displayed under Your Vehicle.

  7. Schedule the date of your dedicated route and the Stops (Addresses) you want to add to the route.

  8. Optionally, you can fill out pick-up information in the Info Section.

  9. After filling out the information about your routes, you will be re-directed to Your Routes page. A success message will be shown in the scheduled date section. The route scheduled information may not show up immediately. Should you wish to wait on this page, the page will auto-refresh when the route has been booked. You can also come back to the page at another time to see if the route has been booked. If you have issues with the route details showing up or any issues adding stops to your route, please reach out to your Account Manager or email [email protected].
