Steps to follow for rental roadside assistance

Follow these steps if you need roadside assistance in an Enterprise Truck Rental:

  1. Ensure you and the truck are in a safe place.

  2. Notify a Curri Representative, call your point of contact at the warehouse (Branch Manager, Shipping Supervisor, etc) and ALERT them of your vehicle issues. If no one answers, please leave a voicemail and try back again after calling SWOOPE.

  3. Call SWOOPE w/Enterprise Roadside @ 1-800-610-2266

  4. Tell them you’re a driver for Curri - we have a corporate account.

  5. Give them your personal number as point of contact so they can provide assistance.

  6. Provide the Last 8 Digits of the VIN, typically found attached to the keys

    1. If unavailable, please call or text Curri Routes and request the Unit Nbr for your truck by providing us w/the license plate number.

  7. Give rep as much information as possible when giving your personal account detailing issues with the truck and the nature of your call.

    1. Do you need a tow - truck not operational?

    2. Service (Check Engine light came on)?

    3. A mobile mechanic (Lift gate won’t move, tire pressure low, dead battery, fluids leaking, check engine light is on, truck makes hissing/squeaking/abnormal sound)

  8. Communicate updates to Curri & warehouse point of contact. Remember to keep us in the loop every step of the way. We’re here for you!

  9. Notify us and the warehouse POC when a mobile mechanic arrives.

  10. Provide Curri rep with brief summary of the mobile mechanic’s findings via call or text.
