Curri works best when every driver delivers with professionalism, safety, and reliability. To protect the customer experience — and fairness across the driver community — we track violations when expectations aren’t met. Drivers who follow the rules should never be impacted by those who don’t.
This guide outlines what causes violations, how they’re handled, and how to avoid them.

Rude or disrespectful behavior
Dirty vehicle or sloppy handoff
Wearing pajamas, slippers, or visibly unclean clothing.
Bringing unrelated items in your vehicle that block the delivery
