Route Driver Guidelines

To ensure professional, safe, and efficient service, all route drivers are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Punctuality

    • Arrive at the designated start location on time every day.

    • Begin your route promptly to stay on schedule throughout the day.

  2. Communication

    • Notify customers immediately of any delays, including traffic, weather, or vehicle issues.

    • Communicate respectfully and clearly at all times.

    • Report any issues or incidents to the customer and Curri.

  3. Dress Code & Personal Appearance

    • Wear clean, appropriate work attire.

    • Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for safety—preferably non-slip work shoes.

  4. Vehicle & Equipment Care

    • Conduct a daily inspection of your vehicle before departure (brakes, lights, tires, fluids).

    • Keep your vehicle clean and organized.

    • Report any maintenance issues immediately.

    • Strapping down and checking the load is secure before departing.

  5. Customer Service

    • Be courteous, professional, and respectful to all customers.

    • Deliver goods accurately and handle all items with care.

    • Obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery as required.

  6. Documentation & Logs

    • Accurately complete all delivery logs, Proof of delivery photos, signatures and time sheets in the app.

    • Turn in completed paperwork to the warehouse at the end of each shift.
