Walmart Route Performance Scorecard

Updated over a week ago

Why the Scorecard Matters

The scorecard helps make sure routes run smoothly every day.

It allows us to:

  • Keep routes reliable for stores and customers

  • Reward strong performance

  • Identify where support or improvement is needed

  • Create more opportunity for drivers who consistently perform well

Your score directly impacts your ability to stay on a route and receive additional route opportunities.

How Your Performance Is Measured

Your overall score is based on three key metrics.

Each metric has a performance goal of greater than 99%.

1. Completed Assigned Routes

Goal: >99%

This measures whether you show up and complete all assigned routes.

To meet this metric:

  • You must show up for your assigned route

  • You must not drop or call out of a route

  • You must complete the route as assigned

  • If you need to call out, you must provide more than 48 hours notice

If a route is dropped or a same-day call out occurs without proper notice, it will impact this metric.

2. On-Time

Goal: >99%

This measures whether you are checked into the Nash app on time.

To meet this metric:

  • You must be checked into the Nash app by 9:45 AM

  • Late check-in will impact this metric.

Being on time helps ensure stores load efficiently and routes leave on schedule.

3. Completed Orders (Most Important)

Goal: >99%

This measures whether all assigned orders are delivered.

To meet this metric:

  • All assigned orders must be delivered

  • No packages should be returned unless approved

This is the most important metric because it directly impacts customer experience.
