Why am I no longer receiving "New Delivery Opportunity" emails?

Curri has stopped sending new delivery opportunity email notifications to carriers. Learn what changed, what stays the same, and how you'll still be notified about new jobs.

We've updated how we notify you about new delivery opportunities.

Curri will no longer send email notifications when a new job is posted near you.

What's changing

You will no longer receive emails with subjects like:

  • "New delivery opportunity from Curri"

  • "Curri delivery opportunity: closing soon"

What's NOT changing

Everything else stays exactly the same:

  • Push notifications — you'll still get real-time alerts on your phone the moment a new job is available

  • In-app notifications — new opportunities will still appear in the Curri driver app as usual

  • All other emails — bid confirmations, payment confirmations, account updates, and any other communications are unaffected

  • Your notification preferences — any settings you've saved remain in place

Why did Curri make this change?

Most drivers were already seeing and accepting jobs through push and in-app notifications before the email even arrived. The emails weren't adding value — they were just extra inbox noise.

By removing them, we can focus our communication on updates that actually matter to you.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required. Your account, notification settings, and ability to receive jobs are completely unaffected.

If you have questions about your notification settings, you can review them in the Curri app under Profile → Notifications, or contact our support team at [email protected] or via the chat option in the Curri Driver app.
