Why the Scorecard Matters
The scorecard helps make sure routes run smoothly every day.
It allows us to:
Keep routes reliable for stores and customers
Reward strong performance
Identify where support or improvement is needed
Create more opportunity for drivers who consistently perform well
Every Monday, you'll receive a text with your scorecard covering last week's routes. Right now the scorecard is going to a small test group of drivers before we launch it to everyone — reply to the text with any feedback or questions.
How Your Performance Is Measured
Your overall score is out of 100 and based on three key metrics, each weighted toward your overall score.
1. Dropped Routes (Most Important)
Goal: 0 dropped routes | Weight: 70% of overall score
This measures whether you show up and run every route you committed to.
To meet this metric:
You must show up for your assigned route
You must not drop, call out of, or no-show a route
If you need to call out, give your route specialist as much notice as possible so we can find coverage
This is the most important metric because our customers count on their route running every single day. That's why it carries the largest weight of your overall score.
2. Driver Reliability (Violations)
Goal: 0 violations | Weight: 20% of overall score
This measures whether routes are run the way the customer expects.
To meet this metric:
Use the correct vehicle for the route
Complete all required paperwork and signatures
Follow the route and delivery instructions
Issues in these areas are flagged on your profile as violations and reduce this part of your score.
3. App Usage
Goal: Start every route in the Curri app | Weight: 10% of overall score
This measures whether you start your routes in the Curri app.
To meet this metric:
Open the Curri app and start your route when you begin — not halfway through
Starting in the app keeps your progress visible to Curri and the customer throughout the route.
Performance Tiers
Standing | Overall Score | What It Means |
Excellent | 95 and above | Considered highly reliable. Prioritized for additional route opportunities. |
Good | 90 – 94 | Solid week with room to improve. Check the "Tip to Improve" in your scorecard text. |
Needs Improvement | Below 90 | Something went wrong last week. Your route specialist may reach out to help. Consistently low scores can impact your route assignments. |
Each Monday's text is a fresh scorecard covering last week only — a rough week doesn't follow you around.
How to Stay in Excellent
Show up for every route you commit to
If you can't run, tell your route specialist as early as possible
Use the right vehicle, get paperwork signed, and follow instructions
Start every route in the Curri app
Communicate early if issues arise
Consistency is key. Small misses can impact your overall score, but steady improvement keeps you on track.
Think a number on your scorecard is wrong? Reply to the text or contact your route specialist and we'll look into it.
