Fraudulent activity may include, but is not limited to:
Inflating or manipulating the engaged time or engaged miles involved in performing a delivery offer — including taking an unnecessarily long route, idling, stalling, or otherwise extending a trip to increase pay;
Creating fake, duplicate, or otherwise improper Driver accounts, or operating a Curri account on behalf of another person;
Marking a delivery as completed without actually picking up the delivery item from the Sender;
Soliciting, encouraging, or accepting direct business from Curri customers outside of the Curri platform, or otherwise attempting to circumvent Curri's services, fees, or business relationships.
Picking up a delivery item and retaining all or part of it, or intentionally failing to deliver the entire order to the recipient;
Theft of, or wrongfully obtaining, property belonging to a Sender, recipient, or any third party;
Falsifying or manipulating proof of delivery — including uploading a photo that does not show the actual delivery, signing on behalf of a recipient without authorization, or fabricating signatures, photos, or recipient confirmations;
Disrupting or manipulating, or attempting to disrupt or manipulate, the normal functioning of the Curri platform — including the use of GPS spoofing tools, location-masking apps, mock locations, emulators, automated scripts, or any other unauthorized device, application, or program intended to circumvent the platform's offer assignment, location tracking, or pay-calculation systems;
Soliciting, requesting, or insinuating that a recipient is obligated to provide a tip, in violation of Curri's Tip Policy and Curri's Terms & Conditions
Disputing legitimate charges or pay adjustments without a good-faith basis;
Falsifying documents, records, identification, vehicle information, insurance information, or other data submitted to Curri;
Consequences of violating this policy
A violation of this Fraudulent Use Policy may result in any of the following, at Curri's discretion:
Immediate loss of access to all or part of the Curri platform;
A hold on earnings reasonably associated with the suspected fraud, pending Curri's investigation;
Loss of access to any other Curri account associated with the Driver (for example, a separate account operated by the same person)
By using the Curri platform, you agree that Curri may temporarily deactivate your account to investigate whether you have engaged in, or your account has been used in, activity that is deceptive, fraudulent, unsafe, illegal, or harmful to Curri, its Senders, its recipients, or other Drivers.
How Curri will notify you
If Curri identifies potentially fraudulent activity, you will be notified through one or more of the following channels: email, SMS, or phone call.
Your right to appeal
You have the right to appeal Curri's determination that you have violated this Fraudulent Use Policy. If you wish to appeal your deactivated account, you may send us an email at [email protected]
