Most payout issues can be resolved yourself in just a couple of minutes — and if you need extra help, our team is always here for you. We want you getting paid quickly and easily, every time.
Batch and Automatic work differently, so the fix depends on which one you're on. Check your payout method below, then jump to the matching section.
Check Your Payout Method
Go to your Payouts page.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Payout Settings.
Under Payout method, you'll see either Batch or Automatic.
Not sure which is right for you, or want to switch? See the Carrier Payout Guide.
Batch Payouts - Common Issues & Solutions
I haven't received a remit advice yet
Remit advice is issued every Wednesday at 3pm Pacific for the previous Monday–Sunday's earnings. If you didn't complete any deliveries that week, no remit is generated.
My payment hasn't started processing
A Batch payout only moves after you approve that week's remit advice. If you haven't approved it yet, that's the fix — approve it from your Payouts page.
It's been more than 9 business days since I approved, and I still haven't been paid
Once approved, payment is in transit and should arrive within 7–9 business days. If it's been longer, email [email protected] and we'll look into it.
Something looks off on my remit (missing delivery or wrong amount)
Email [email protected] with your carrier name, the remit ID, the delivery ID in question, and whether it's a missing delivery or an incorrect amount (include what you believe it should be).
Once a remit is approved, we're not able to make changes to it — so if something looks off, email us before you approve.
My remit advice disappeared after I switched to Automatic
This is expected, not an error. Switching to Automatic voids any unapproved remit advice, and your unpaid balance is paid out automatically (with the Automatic fee applied). See the Carrier Payout Guide for the full breakdown of what happens when you switch.
Automatic Payouts - Common Issues & Solutions
My payout hasn't arrived within 1–3 business days
Once Curri initiates the payout, your bank or card network determines exactly when funds post to your account — this can take a bit longer around weekends and holidays, which is outside Curri's control.
My payout failed
This is usually a payout destination issue — an ineligible, closed, or removed bank account or debit card. Go to Payouts > gear icon > Payout Settings > Payout destinations > Manage to check or update it.
I don't have a payout destination set up yet
You need a bank account or debit card on file before Automatic payouts can process. If your carrier account isn't approved yet, you won't be able to add this information — that's expected, and normal. Once you're approved, add your payout destination from Payout Settings.
I was charged a fee I didn't expect
Automatic payouts carry a 1.5% Curri finance fee per payout. If you'd rather avoid this fee, you can switch to Batch (free) any time from Payout Settings.
Stripe won't let me update my info, or shows an error
