Driver App Flow: Retail Route

How the Retail Route flow works in the driver app, from route assignment to end-of-route mileage and returns.

Overview

This article walks through the Retail Route flow as it appears in the driver app.

Steps

  1. Go to the Routes section in the driver app and select your assigned route.

  2. Enter your starting mileage.

  3. Complete the route using the Nash app — no further action is needed in the driver app while the route is in progress.

  4. Once the route is finished, return to the driver app.

  5. Enter your ending mileage and hours.

  6. Enter the number of returns for the route.
