How the Ferguson flow works in the driver app, from route assignment through Dispatch Track completion.

Overview

This article walks through the Ferguson flow as it appears in the driver app.

Steps

  1. Go to the Routes section in the driver app and select your assigned route.

  2. Enter the Ferguson code for the day.

  3. Complete the route using Dispatch Track.

  4. Once the route is complete, return to the driver app.

  5. End the route.
