Driver App Flow: Route Planner

How the Route Planner flow works in the driver app, including stop navigation, PODs, and completing the route.

Overview

This article walks through the Route Planner flow as it appears in the driver app.

Steps

  1. Go to the Routes section in the driver app and select your assigned route.

  2. View the stops assigned for the day.

  3. Navigate through each stop.

  4. At each stop, add the POD (proof of delivery), order number, and signature.

  5. Complete all stops for the customer.

  6. Once all stops are finished, end the route.

  7. Enter your contracted hours.
