Are there fees associated with canceling?
Before you cancel, please be aware that you may incur a cancellation fee if your delivery meets the following criteria:
Rush or Scheduled Delivery:
More than 5 minutes after a driver has been assigned
Scheduled Delivery:
Less than 60 minutes before a scheduled pickup between 8am & 7pm
After 7pm for deliveries between 8pm & 8am
These fees help to compensate drivers for reserving time for the original delivery and reflect the vehicle type requested.

Box Trucks and Box Trucks with Liftgates | $60 |

Flatbed, Dry Van | $250 |
How do I cancel my delivery?
It's super simple.
Log in to your Curri account at app.curri.com/login
Click Delivery Historyon the left of the screen
Click the Actions dropdown menu for the delivery that you would like to cancel
Click Cancel delivery
Select the cancellation reason
Click Cancel delivery and OK
You're all set.
