Curri Community Guidelines

Curri Community Guidelines

Curri is committed to providing a marketplace where shippers can connect with independent delivery service providers offering safe, professional, and dependable delivery services.

To remain eligible to access delivery opportunities on the Curri platform, delivery service providers are expected to meet the standards outlined in these Community Guidelines. Curri may review delivery activity when concerns arise regarding delivery quality, professionalism, safety, or compliance with these Guidelines. Repeated or serious issues may affect continued eligibility to access delivery opportunities on the platform, including account deactivation.

Professionalism

Delivery service providers are expected to conduct themselves professionally while performing deliveries through the Curri platform.

This includes:

  • Communicating respectfully with customers, site contacts, and Curri staff

  • Completing pickups and deliveries professionally

  • Treating customer property with care

  • Leaving delivery locations clean and undamaged

  • Avoiding behavior that interferes with the successful completion of a delivery

Delivery Standards

When a delivery service provider accepts a delivery opportunity, the expectation is that the delivery will be completed unless circumstances require cancellation.

Delivery service providers are expected to:

  • Review pickup and delivery instructions before beginning a delivery

  • Arrive with the appropriate vehicle and any required accessories

  • Secure cargo appropriately for safe transport

  • Follow pickup and delivery instructions

  • Complete all assigned stops on multi-stop deliveries

  • Deliver all assigned items

  • Show up for scheduled deliveries

  • Be reliable and avoid repeatedly canceling or unassigning from deliveries after accepting them.

Repeated delivery quality concerns may affect continued eligibility to access delivery opportunities.

Communication

Clear communication helps prevent delivery issues and improves the delivery experience.

Delivery service providers are expected to:

  • Review delivery notes carefully before beginning a delivery

  • Contact Curri Support when assistance is needed during a delivery

  • Avoid discussing disputes or payment matters with customers

  • Communicate professionally with customers and Curri staff

Safety

Safety is a shared responsibility and is essential to maintaining access to the Curri platform.

Delivery service providers are expected to:

Maintain Required Qualifications

  • Maintain a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance

  • If operating as a motor carrier, maintain an active DOT registration and an acceptable safety rating

Perform Deliveries Safely

  • Follow all applicable traffic laws

  • Secure cargo appropriately to prevent damage or loss

  • Operate vehicles safely at all times

  • Wear any required personal protective equipment or site-specific safety attire when applicable (such as hard hats, long pants, or closed-toe shoes)

Serious Issues

Certain incidents may result in an immediate review due to safety, professionalism, or marketplace integrity concerns, including:

  • Providing false or misleading information

  • Threatening, abusive, or harassing behavior

  • Inappropriate conduct toward customers, site contacts, or Curri staff

  • Serious negligence resulting in cargo or property damage

  • Incidents involving personal injury

  • Abuse or misuse of the Curri platform

  • Fraud or other serious financial misconduct

  • Operating while impaired by drugs or alcohol, or credible reports of impairment while performing deliveries

Serious incidents may result in permanent loss of eligibility to access delivery opportunities on the platform.

Final Note

Curri's goal is to maintain a trusted marketplace through clear standards, transparent account feedback, and fair review processes. Delivery service providers who consistently provide safe, reliable, and professional service are more likely to remain eligible to access delivery opportunities through the Curri platform.
