Professionalism
Delivery service providers are expected to conduct themselves professionally while performing deliveries through the Curri platform.
This includes:
Communicating respectfully with customers, site contacts, and Curri staff
Completing pickups and deliveries professionally
Treating customer property with care
Leaving delivery locations clean and undamaged
Avoiding behavior that interferes with the successful completion of a delivery
Delivery Standards
When a delivery service provider accepts a delivery opportunity, the expectation is that the delivery will be completed unless circumstances require cancellation.

Incidents involving personal injury

Serious incidents may result in permanent loss of eligibility to access delivery opportunities on the platform.
