Delivery Service Provider Community Guidelines

Updated this week

This guide explains Curri’s Delivery Service Provider Community Guidelines (the “Community Guidelines”), which all delivery service providers accessing the Curri platform are expected to adhere to help maintain the safe, professional, and reliable environment that platform users expect.

Curri is committed to providing a platform through which shippers may connect with delivery service providers offering safe, professional, and dependable delivery services. To be eligible to participate on the platform, delivery service providers must satisfy the standards outlined in these Community Guidelines.

In the event of potential performance concerns, Curri may communicate feedback regarding applicable expectations and may conduct additional review. More serious, repeated, or unresolved issues may result in further action, including account deactivation and access to the platform.

Professionalism

Delivery Service providers on the Curri platform are a professional delivery network. They are expected to:

  • Communicate respectfully with customers, site contacts, and Curri staff

  • Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle

  • Complete handoffs carefully and professionally

  • Avoid bringing unrelated items that interfere with deliveries

  • Leave customer sites clean and undamaged

If professionalism concerns arise, Curri may follow up with a review of your account.

Delivery & Assignment Expectations

Once a driver accepts a delivery, they are responsible for completing it as assigned.

They should:

  • Review pickup and drop-off notes carefully

  • Arrive in the correct vehicle with required accessories

  • Secure all materials safely

  • Follow all loading and unloading instructions

  • Complete every stop on multi-stop deliveries

  • Deliver all assigned items

Repeated issues (such as frequent driver cancellations or incomplete deliveries) may lead to a review of your account.

Communication

Clear communication helps prevent delivery issues. Drivers are expected to:

  • Notify Curri Support as soon as possible if delays or problems occur

  • Follow all instructions in the delivery notes

  • Contact Curri Support before contacting the customer when issues arise

  • Avoid discussing disputes or payment issues with customers

If communication issues occur, Curri may review your account.

Safety

Safety is Curri’s highest priority.

Delivery service providers must:

  • Maintain a valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance

  • In the case of Motor Carriers, maintain an active and valid DOT registration and an acceptable safety rating

  • Follow all local driving laws

  • Secure cargo properly to prevent spills or damage

  • Drive and communicate safely at all times

  • Attire needed to perform the job safely (e.g., hard hats, long pants, close-toed shoes, etc.)

If safety issues occur, Curri may review your account.

Account Standing (Coaching + Performance Review)

Curri monitors delivery quality to support driver success and ensure a strong customer experience. Most performance-related concerns are reviewed through a weekly coaching process, which may include topics such as:

  • Cancellations after accepting a delivery

  • Scheduled delivery failures

  • Using the wrong vehicle or missing required accessories

  • Cargo securing or loading issues

  • Incomplete multi-stop deliveries

  • Missed delivery instructions or customer requests

  • Poor delivery experience feedback

Delivery service providers may receive coaching updates when the Curri team identifies areas to improve.

Serious Issues (Immediate Review)

Certain behaviors require immediate review due to safety, professionalism, or trust concerns, including:

  • Dishonesty or submitting false information

  • Threatening, rude, or abusive behavior

  • Serious negligence causing cargo or property damage

  • Third-party injury incidents

  • Abuse or misuse of the Curri system

  • Serious financial misconduct

These issues may result in an account review after one incident

Metrics Not Used for Enforcement

Curri does not take action based solely on low-confidence GPS or timing signals, such as:

  • Late to pick up or drop off

  • Not moving toward pickup or drop-off

  • Tracking disabled

  • Wrong-way navigation signals

Delivery service providers are encouraged to stay on schedule, but these signals alone are not used to determine account outcomes.

How to Stay in Good Standing

To maintain strong performance on Curri:

  • Read pickup and drop-off instructions carefully

  • Communicate early when issues come up

  • Avoid driver cancellations unless it’s a true emergency

  • Use the correct vehicle and required accessories

  • Secure cargo properly to prevent damage or spill

  • Stay professional with customers and site contacts

Final Note

Curri’s goal is to help delivery service providers succeed through clear expectations, consistent coaching, and fair review processes. Staying reliable, professional, and communicative is the best way to continue receiving delivery opportunities on the platform.
