How Delivery Payouts are Determined
How much a delivery pays is visible only to the Carrier Owner via the Carrier Portal and Driver App when bidding on a delivery opportunity. The payout for each delivery is determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:
Number of miles
Vehicle type requested
Size of the load
Market conditions (e.g., local regulations, demand patterns, gas prices)
The larger the vehicle, the longer the distance, the higher the payout.
How Carriers and their Drivers are Paid
The payout for deliveries is only visible to the Carrier Owner via the Carrier Owner's portal account, not for their drivers. Owners can change their payout method any time by going to their Payouts page and clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Payout Settings.
