You can leave a review from the delivery confirmation email or directly from your Curri account in the app. This feedback helps us continually shape our platform and your future experiences.
Why Reviews Matter
Your feedback helps us improve your future experiences and ensures our drivers are recognized for great service. We review every piece of feedback and use it to make Curri better for you.
Option 1: Leave a review via email
Once your delivery is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Click the Leave a Review button in the email.
Rate your driver and share your experience.
Option 2: Leave a review from your account
Alternatively, you can leave reviews via your account at app.curri.com
Log in at app.curri.com.
From the menu, select Delivery History.
Find the delivery you’d like to review and select Actions > View Delivery.
Select Review next to the Driver's name.
Rate your driver and share your feedback.
