DispatchTrack & Curri App Quick Guide

This article goes over how to navigate dispatch track and Curri driver app to complete a Ferguson route.

LOGIN TO DISPATCH TRACK & CURRI APP

  1. Tap on the DispatchTrack app on your device

  2. Key in Ferguson as the Activation Code (if prompted)

  3. Tap Activate

  4. Tap OK that the Activation Succeeded message

  5. Enter in your login provided by the shipping office

  6. The password is the same as your login

  7. Tap LOGIN

  8. Your route for the day displays

  9. Click “Start Route” as soon as you arrive at the branch and check-in with the shipping office. This function as your “clock-in” for the day and generates a notification to every customer on the route notifying them of their delivery window that day.

  10. Login into Curri app and record driver number for the day.

COMPLETING A STOP

  1. Tap on the first stop on the phone

  2. Select Going to Job on the bottom of the screen

    • A text is automatically sent to the customer that you are on your way. If prompted select the approximate time of arrival from the dropdown

  3. Once you’ve arrived tap Start on the bottom

  4. Tap Pictures at the top of the screen

  5. Tap the plus camera icon in the bottom right corner to take a photo.

  6. Take a photo and select Use Photo if the picture is clear if not click Retake

  7. Save the photo.

  8. Repeat steps 6 through 8 to take as many photos as needed.

  9. Tap on Signature on the top of the screen

  10. If delivering all items that display tap Select All Items

  11. Tap Confirm and Sign at the bottom of the screen

  12. Legal disclaimer displays have the customer tap I Agree

  13. Have the customer sign the device.

  14. Enter in the signee’s last name into the left field beneath the signature box. Check “Send Receipt” if required.

  15. Tap Done

  16. Tap Finished

  17. Tap OK to confirm you’ve completed the stop

DIRECTIONS TO NEXT STOP

  1. After selecting Going To Job tap on Arrow to the right of the delivery address.

  2. You’ll be taken to the map for turn-by-turn directions to the customer.

MISSING A STOP

  1. Tap on the stop from the list

  2. Tap Unable To Start from the bottom of the screen

  3. Enter in reason unable to complete the stop such as directed by dispatcher or customer refused delivery

  4. Click on the arrow at the top left of the screen to select another stop from the list

    • Note there is a Restart option at the bottom of the screen if you can make the delivery

  5. Tap on the next stop on the list to continue the route

DELIVERING A PARTIAL ORDER

  1. After tapping Start for the stop tap on Signature

  2. Select the boxes in front of the items you are delivering

    • Tip: use the Select All Items to select all items and then uncheck the items you are not delivering

  3. If the customer is taking a partial amount of an item tap on the pencil icon to edit the quantity of an item

  4. Use the arrows to indicate the amount the customer is receiving

  5. Tap on SAVE

  6. Select a Return Code as to why the material is not being delivered (such as damaged)

  7. Tap on the camera icon to take a picture if needed

  8. Tap OK

  9. Tap Confirm and Sign at the bottom

END ROUTE AND LOGGING OUT OF DISPATCH TRACK APP & COMPLETE ROUTE IN CURRI APP

  1. After all stops have been completed or marked unable to start tap Return Home for directions back to warehouse if you are returning to Ferguson warehouse.

Important Note: If you are not returning to the Ferguson warehouse skip to step 2 and “End Route” as soon as you complete your final stop.

2. Click End Route once you have returned to warehouse.

3. Tap YES to end route.

4. Tap YES to log out.

5. If prompted unable to logout due to unsaved data tap on Upload Now.

  • This is important to tap Upload so that any signatures or pictures obtained while out of cell service get saved and sent back to the dispatcher.

6. “Complete Route” in Curri app after all daily runs are complete. (If routed for second runs)

Driver should not “End Route” in DispatchTrack app or “Complete Route” in Curri app until all their daily runs are complete. (If routed for second runs.)
