This policy requires that any driver reported to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while providing delivery services will have their access to our platform immediately suspended.

  1. Immediate Suspension: If we receive a report from anyone who reasonably suspects that a driver is impaired, that driver will be suspended from the platform while we investigate.

  2. Reporting Violations: It’s crucial that reports of impairment are made in good faith. If someone falsely reports a driver knowing the claim is untrue, that person may also face suspension.

  3. Investigation Process: After a suspension, we will conduct a thorough investigation to determine the validity of the report before deciding on the driver's access to the platform.
