Driver and Carrier Scorecard
This guide explains the metrics on how your scorecard is calculated. What you do with information is up to you and is only for informational purposes. We will send you a score card weekly.
Completion Rate
The percentage of accepted deliveries you completed. Incomplete deliveries — self-unassignments, scheduled delivery failures, and unfinished multi-stop jobs — count against this number. Ensure that you are completing and confirm all deliveries you claim.
Delivery Accuracy
The percentage of your completed deliveries that had no accuracy-related issue. Accuracy violations include not following delivery instructions, using the wrong vehicle or accessories, or not delivering all items. Ensure that you are using the same vehicle and accessory stated in your profile.
Customer Rating
Your average star rating from customers. This is a lifetime average across all your completed deliveries, not limited to the last 30 days. Only rated deliveries are included.
Pickup On-Time %
How often you arrive at the pickup location within the expected window. We know that sometimes things are outside of your control to pick up so we give all drivers a reasonable buffer.
Dropoff On-Time %
How often you arrive at the delivery destination within the expected window. We know that sometimes things are outside of your control to dropoff so we give all drivers a reasonable buffer.
What if I'm identified as at risk?
You will know exactly what metric to improve on. You'll have 30 days to improve on the metric otherwise, your eligibility on the platform may be at risk.

Notes
All metrics except customer rating reflect the last 30 days. You need at least one completed delivery in that window to appear on the scorecard. Route deliveries are not included. For severe performance or terms of service issues, you may be deactivated without 30 day improvement period.
