This notice provides you with information about certain rights you have for deliveries performed in New York City, and related information about payment processes on the Curri platform.
Payment Rights
Curri is required to pay you all earnings at least once a week, offer a no-fee option to receive payment, and give you a detailed pay statement.
After completing a delivery, drivers can see their pending payout in the "earnings" screen in the driver app menu.
Payouts will automatically be deposited to drivers' bank accounts in 0-3 business days. An instant payout option is available for drivers using a debit card and bank account.
Curri reviews all payout amounts over $500 to ensure accuracy. We'll approve your payout as soon as possible, always within one business day.
Starting August 26, 2026, driver payouts will move from a daily schedule to a weekly payout every Wednesday. Drivers may still elect to receive faster payout for a small fee.
Drivers receive a pay statement every Wednesday at 1:00 pm PST that states, for all deliveries performed within New York: (1) gross pay, (2) net pay, (3) itemized deductions, and (4) any gratuities, for the past 7 days.

Delivery Information Rights
Before you accept a delivery, Curri must tell you the delivery details, including the pickup address, the estimated time to pick up and distance, the tip (if any), and the pay.
Curri displays this information in the app in our help center section every time you receive a delivery opportunity.
Complaints
If you believe Curri’s platform and practices do not provide you with the rights outlined above, please contact [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with DCWP: visit nyc.gov/DeliveryApps, or call 311 (212-NEW-YORK outside NYC) and ask for "Delivery Worker."
If you believe you have been retaliated against by Curri for exercising any of your above rights, we request that you contact [email protected]; however, you may also contact DCWP to report the suspected retaliation.
