Overview
For Home Depot deliveries, you scan the QR code on each order at the dropoff stop to confirm you have the right items before you finish the delivery. The scan takes a few seconds per order, and the app tells you right away if a scan worked.
Before you start
You are at the dropoff address with the Home Depot order(s) in hand.
The Curri driver app allows camera access.
How to scan
Open your active delivery, tap Resume, and go to the dropoff stop.
Slide to confirm arrival, then tap Start dropoff.
On Check the address, confirm the number on the building, mailbox, or curb, then tap I'm at this address.
On Scan QR codes, the camera opens. Every order at the stop is listed with a progress bar (for example, "0 of 2 scanned").
Point the camera at the QR code on an order. It scans automatically, with no button to tap, and the order gets a green check.
Tap Continue, then finish the stop (take your dropoff photo and complete the dropoff).
What the yellow banners mean
Banner | What happened | What to do |
Not an order on this stop | The code belongs to a different stop. | Set it aside and scan the correct order. |
Already scanned | You scanned this order already. | Scan a different order; nothing else is needed. |
Troubleshooting
If an order won't scan, tap the question-mark icon or the order number on its row to open Unable to scan?, then pick the option that fits:
Option | What happens next |
The item is missing | A warning says the stop will be canceled and your route will change. Tap Proceed and note any changes. No violation is given. |
The item is damaged | Curri support is notified and your route doesn't change until they update it. Tap Report issue. |
I have the item, but can't scan it | Tap Continue, then Mark as scanned. You proceed with the delivery as usual, and the order is flagged "Item wouldn't scan." |
I have a different issue | Describe it in the text box and tap Send to Curri support. The order is marked as scanned. |
To undo a scan, tap the X on that order's row.
