If you open a payout in the Curri Driver App and see a status of Unknown, don't worry — this doesn't mean you weren't paid. In almost every case, the payout was sent and deposited just like normal. The app simply doesn't have a confirmation record for it.
What "Unknown" Means
The Unknown status shows up on older payouts where the app wasn't able to save the final deposit confirmation. Your money still went out — the app just can't display the deposit date or account it went to.
On these payouts you'll see:
A yellow banner at the top of the Payout summary
A status of Unknown above the payout amount
A dash (—) next to Deposited and Account
Good to know: An Unknown status just means the deposit details for that payout aren't shown — it doesn't mean the payout wasn't sent. Payouts with this status have very likely already been deposited to your bank account or debit card.
How to Find Your Deposit
1. Check your bank account. Look for a deposit from Curri around the date shown on the payout that matches the payout amount.
2. Check for a combined deposit. Payouts are sometimes grouped together with other payouts into a single deposit. If you don't see the exact amount, look at your other Curri deposits from around the same time — your payout may be included in a larger total.
3. Still can't find it? Chat with us. Reach out to our Driver Support team through chat and we'll double-check the payout for you.
