Motor Vehicle Requirements and Criminal Record
Updated over a week ago

Your driver's license must be currently active and free of disqualifying restrictions or suspensions. A Provisional License does not qualify for our driving platform.

Major driving violations, felonies involving a vehicle, or a recent history of multiple minor moving violations including, but not limited to, DUIs, accidents, speeding, and distracted driving within the last 7 years may also result in disqualification.

Per Curri Terms of Service, the driver is solely responsible for ensuring that the motor vehicle conforms to all vehicle laws pertaining to safety, equipment, inspection, and operational capability; including maintaining current insurance of the types and in the amounts required by law in the jurisdiction in which you are operating.

Criminal Record

Subject to and in accordance with state and local law, serious types of criminal convictions, including but not limited to, murder, registered sex offender status, sexual assault, terrorism, hate crimes, and serious or violent felonies, will result in disqualification if they occurred at any time in your lifetime.

Convictions for some miscellaneous felonies and misdemeanors, sexual offenses, and other types of criminal records within the last 7 years are also disqualifying.

Pending charges for those categories of crimes may also be disqualifying unless and until such charges are resolved in your favor.
