When you book, you have the option to indicate if loading/unloading is required of the driver. You will find this option on the Orders page while booking.
Please note:
If selected, drivers will load and unload by hand. Drivers cannot operate our customers' equipment in order to load or unload.
Drivers are not expected to manually lift individual items greater than 50lbs.
Heavy loads may incur additional loading/unloading fees if these are required.
For the smooth and safe delivery of heavier items:
Have the appropriate staff and loading equipment at the pickup location to properly load the delivery vehicle.
Notify your customer at the drop-off location to have the appropriate staff or unloading equipment to unload the payload.
