While our drivers do keep straps and (sometimes) moving blankets on hand, we're a courier service, not a moving service, so our drivers are not expected to load and unload heavier items.

Please do the following to ensure a smooth delivery experience:

  • Have the appropriate staff or loading equipment at the pickup location to properly load the delivery vehicle.

  • Notify your customer at the drop-off location to please have the appropriate staff or unloading equipment to unload the payload.
