How to Get Help

For live delivery support:

  1. Tap the Request Help button at the bottom of your delivery page.

  2. Add as much information as possible so our team can assist you efficiently.

  3. Wait for our team to reach out with help, we will get back to you ASAP!

For non-live delivery support:

  1. Open the app and go to Help Center.

  2. Click Send us a message.

  3. Follow the chat prompts to ensure we can best address your needs.

  4. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected].

Common Reasons to Contact Us for non-live delivery help:

  • Profile/App help

  • Interest in driving for Curri

  • General questions

  • Anything else when you're not on a live delivery!

Text Support:

  • Text messages are only monitored during live deliveries for immediate assistance.

  • Please email us ([email protected]) or chat with us instead if you are not on a live delivery.

Support Availability:

  • Live Delivery Support: Available 24/7.

  • Non-Live Support: Available Monday–Friday. Contacting us outside business hours for non-live support may result in a longer response time, but we will always get back to you!
