There are expected wait times built into the driver payout. However, if you are experiencing issues at a pickup or drop-off location that causes unusually long unexpected wait times, please reach out to the driver support team on the Curri driver app to let us know so we can help.

If the wait time goes beyond what is accepted for your delivery, additional compensation may be added. This is on a case-by-case basis and will need to be approved by our driver support team.

What can I get paid for?

  • Wait time that exceeds 30 minutes

  • Loading/Unloading of an item/items that is 55LB or more.

  • Overnight hold

  • Return trip

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Tolls

What can’t I get paid for?

  • Wait time under 30 minutes

  • An extra order/item added
