How delivery payouts are determined
As the Carrier Owner, payout amounts are visible only to you — in the Carrier Portal and the Driver App — at the moment you bid on a delivery opportunity. Each payout reflects several factors, including but not limited to:
Number of miles
Vehicle type requested
Size of the load
Market conditions (for example, local regulations, demand patterns, and gas prices)
As a general rule: the larger the vehicle and the longer the distance, the higher the payout.
How carrier bidding works
When a new delivery becomes available, Curri notifies local carriers through the Driver App so they can bid on it or claim it. The most competitive bid — or the earliest claim — wins the delivery.
On the bidding screen, you can review the pickup and drop-off details and requirements before placing a bid or claiming the delivery.
To assign a vehicle and driver to a bid or claim:
Click Edit.
Assign a driver to a vehicle.
Select the driver-vehicle pair.
Click Bid (if the delivery is eligible) or Claim.
Once a driver is assigned, they receive a notification with the order details.
If another carrier's bid or claim is accepted first, remaining carriers see the delivery as no longer available.
Not every delivery is open for bidding. When bidding isn't available, the bid button is replaced with a "delivery ineligible for bidding" message — carriers can still claim these deliveries instantly.
Editing a bid
While the bidding window is still open, you can edit a submitted bid to improve your chances of winning the delivery. A bid can only be lowered — it cannot be raised, and a submitted bid cannot be withdrawn.
Once bidding closes, no further changes can be made.
Bidding happens only through this interface. Requests to negotiate a price through support will not be considered.

How carriers and their drivers are paid
Payout details are visible only to you, the Carrier Owner, through your Carrier Portal account. Drivers do not see this payout information directly.
You can update your payout method at any time:
Go to the Payouts page.
Click the gear icon in the top-right corner to open Payout Settings.
