Delivery Questions

What photos do I need to take at pickup and drop-off?

You must take clear photos of all items at both pickup and drop-off. Photos protect you and prove the delivery was completed. Unclear or missing photos may result in delayed or withheld payment.

Do I need to get a drop-off contact or signature?

Yes.


For every delivery, be sure to get the name of the person you are dropping the package off with and collect their signature in the signature box provided in the Curri Driver app.

What's the fastest way to get help for my delivery?

Submit a help request directly in the app. This flags the issue immediately to our live support team, who will work behind the scenes to correct the issue right away. For more information, check out Help Requests.

Help requests cover everything from extra wait time to unavailable contacts to changes to the delivery made by the customer. We're here to help.


Payout Questions

How much will I get paid?

Curri shows you what you'll be paid upfront before you accept a gig.


How long will I need to wait to get paid?

Curri processes payments daily. While many are processed by the following business day, we may take up to 3 business days to complete processing a payment. We also review all payments over $500 to ensure accuracy.

Curri also offers instant payout to debit cards for a small 1% fee.

Can I get paid faster?

You can get paid instantly for only a %1 fee. To do so, you need to have a valid debit card set up on your account.

I had to pay tolls. Can I get more pay to cover those?

Tolls on the most efficient route are already included in payouts. Toll adjustments are only approved if the route changes due to a significant destination change.

Please submit toll receipts within 48 hours of delivery completion.

What else can I request additional pay for?

Submit a request before completing your delivery for any of the following. Our team will review the request.

  • Wait time that exceeds 30 minutes (Cars/SUV's, Trucks, Cargo Van, Sprinter Van)

  • Wait time that exceeds 60 minutes (Box Truck and larger)

  • Customer cancelation

  • Hand loading/unloading of more than 100 lbs

  • Overnight holds

  • Location closed upon arrival

  • Return trips

  • Additional mileage due to incorrect addresses

  • Tolls
