Pickup & Drop-off Photos

Always take clear photos that show the condition of the shipment at pickup and drop-off.

You must take clear photos of all items at both pickup and drop-off. Photos protect you and prove the delivery was completed. Unclear or missing photos may result in delayed or withheld payment.

Why Photos Matter

Photos confirm the condition of the supplies before and after delivery, show proof of delivery, and protect you if questions come up later. Curri may withhold payment if required photos are missing.


At Pickup

  • Take clear photos of all items before loading.

  • Make sure the photos show the items in full and in good lighting.

  • Upload the photos directly in the Driver App.


At Drop-off

  • Take photos of all items delivered.

  • Photos should clearly show that the supplies arrived at the correct location.

  • Quick Tip: include landmarks like garage doors, mailboxes, or the business's signage.

  • Always get:

    • Recipient’s name

    • Signature in the Driver App


Contactless Drop-offs

In the rare instance that a booker allows you to leave items without meeting someone in person:

  1. Confirm this permission with Curri Driver Support via in-app chat or by phone at 877-772-8774.

  2. Take extra care to take photos that clearly show the items left at the correct location.

In the case of contactless drop-offs, high quality photos protect you from any issues that may delay payment. They are a required proof of delivery step in all contactless drop-offs.
