Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy

This policy against sexual harassment is intended to protect delivery service providers and members of the public who obtain delivery services through the Curri Platform. Curri – and in many instances, applicable law – strictly prohibits delivery service providers, customers, and others who use the Curri Platform for or to provide delivery services from engaging in sexual harassment. Sexual harassment may include unwelcome sexual advances, requests or demands for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature occurring in connection with delivery services obtained through the Curri Platform. Prohibited harassment may also include conduct that has the effect or purpose of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for an individual based on that person’s sex, gender identity, transgender status, or sexual orientation. The following behaviors may constitute prohibited sexual harassment:

  • Unwanted sexual advances;

  • Leering, gestures, or displaying sexually suggestive objects, pictures, cartoons, or posters;

  • Derogatory comments, epithets, slurs, or jokes;

  • Graphic comments, sexually degrading words, or suggestive or obscene messages or invitations;

  • Physical touching or assault, as well as impeding or blocking movements; and

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Any sex-related conduct prohibited by applicable law is also prohibited by this policy.


Any delivery service provider, customer, or other individual who suspects a violation of this policy may submit an electronic complaint form to Curri in good faith via email: [email protected]. After receiving allegations of misconduct, Curri will conduct a fair, timely, impartial, and thorough investigation into all complaints received to reach reasonable conclusions based on the information collected. Curri will not tolerate any sexually harassing behavior among individuals using the Curri Platform and will take appropriate remedial action and resolutions as needed, based on its assessment of information collected during the investigation process. Confidentiality of all complaints will be maintained to the extent possible and consistent with a fair and thorough investigation. Curri prohibits retaliation against any person as a result of making a good-faith complaint or participating in an investigation under this policy.

As a condition of and prior to accessing the Curri Platform, all delivery service providers must review this policy and confirm through electronic confirmation that such individual has reviewed this policy.
