Driver Appeals

Appealing a Driver Account Deactivation

Updated this week

This guide explains what to do if your driver account becomes deactivated or you are no longer eligible to drive on the platform, including how notifications work and how to submit an appeal.

If you have received notice that you are no longer eligible to be active on our platform, you may appeal if you feel that your service through the Curri Driver app, our team, and our users has remained fully aligned with the Delivery Service Provider Community Guidelines.

Ineligibility or deactivation of your account may have also resulted from issues related to Motor Vehicle Record and Background Check Criteria, along with general violations of our Terms of Service and Driver Agreements.

Notifications & Communication

  • Performance Issues: Sent via push notification with delivery details

  • Ineligibility: Sent via SMS with reason and next steps

Please ensure that your contact information and notification settings are up to date. Repeat issues impact your ability to receive future work. Stay professional, stay prompt, and stay in touch.
