This guide explains what to do if your driver account becomes deactivated or you are no longer eligible to access delivery opportunities on the Curri platform. It also outlines how notifications work and how to submit an appeal related to specific account issues.
If you have received notice that you are no longer eligible to remain active on the platform, you may submit an appeal if you believe the activity associated with your account remained aligned with the Driver Community Guidelines.
Deactivation of your account may have also resulted from issues related to Motor Vehicle Record, Background Check Criteria, along with general violations of our Terms of Service, Driver Agreements, or your Scorecard.

Account Deactivation & Appeals
Before permanently deactivating a Driver account, Curri conducts a review of the available information. In certain cases, eligible Drivers may submit a one-time appeal if they believe their account was deactivated in error. Appeal eligibility is determined by Curri on a case-by-case basis.
How to Submit an Appeal
To initiate an appeal, please email [email protected]
If your appeal is approved, your account will be reactivated, and your account status will be updated accordingly. If your deactivation is upheld, the decision is final, and no additional appeals will be accepted. Creating a new account after being deactivated or denied an appeal is prohibited, and any new account may be deactivated without notice.
Appeals submitted outside business hours or on weekends and holidays) will begin on the next business day. Appeals may take up to 14 business days to process. All decisions are made after a review of the available information.
