This guide explains what to do if your driver account becomes deactivated or you are no longer eligible to access delivery opportunities on the Curri platform. It also outlines how notifications work and how to submit an appeal related to specific account issues.
If you have received notice that you are no longer eligible to remain active on the platform, you may submit an appeal if you believe the activity associated with your account remained aligned with the Delivery Service Provider Community Guidelines.
Ineligibility or deactivation of your account may have also resulted from issues related to Motor Vehicle Record, Background Check Criteria, along with general violations of our Terms of Service and Driver Agreements.
Notifications & Communication
Account Ineligibility: Sent via SMS with the reason and next steps
Please ensure that your contact information and notification settings are up to date. Repeated issues may affect your eligibility to access future delivery opportunities on the platform.
Submitting an Appeal for Account Deactivation
If you have received notice that your account has been deactivated, you have 14 days from the date of the notification to submit an appeal if you believe the deactivation was made in error. Appeals submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.
If your account deactivation is upheld after review, no additional appeals will be considered.
To help us process appeals as efficiently as possible, please do not start new email threads. Instead, reply to the existing email you received. Creating new email threads may delay the review process. We appreciate your patience, as appeals require time to be thoroughly evaluated.
To initiate an account review, email [email protected] with your appeal.
Our Compliance team will carefully review your submission and determine whether your account is eligible for reactivation. If your appeal is approved, your account will be reactivated, and your account status will be updated accordingly.
Appeals submitted outside business hours or on weekends and holidays) will begin on the next business day. Appeals may take up to 14 business days to process. All decisions are made after a review of the available information.
