Violations and Ineligibility

If you have received notice that you have been issued a violation or are no longer eligible to be active on our platform, you may appeal if you feel that your service through the Curri Driver app, our team, and our users have remained fully aligned with the Driver Community Guidelines.

Ineligibility or deactivation of your account may have also resulted from issues related to Motor Vehicle Record and Background Check Criteria, along with general violations of our Terms of Service and Driver Agreements.

Appeals Process

These decisions are always taken after careful consideration of all information available to us. If you want to appeal this decision, please email us at [email protected] and provide the following:

  • Why you believe the determination was incorrect

  • A description of any extenuating circumstances or other information or evidence to support your Appeal Request

We will let you know whether your Appeal Request has been granted within 3 business days of receipt.
