We want to set you up for success. In order to improve and maintain your performance, you have to know how you are doing. The Curri Driver app now provides you with live and consistent feedback. Now, you can access your driver score and badges right from your profile!
Finding your Driver Score and Badges
You can find your driver score in the Curri Driver app by heading to Menu > Profile. You'll see it there, right at the top of your profile represented as a star-rating and badge system.
Elements of your Score and Badges
After you have made 5 deliveries, all elements below will be applied to your driver score. If you average 90% success or higher in the areas identified, a badge will be applied to your account!
Timeliness (On Time Badge)
Make sure that you are on time for pickup and delivery.
Rush delivery? Head out immediately and go directly to pickup & destination.
Scheduled delivery? Arrive on or ahead of time to pickup. Go right to destination.
Proof of Delivery (Photographer Badge)
Take multiple photos at the origin and destination which document:
Location
Load security in the vehicle
All manifest and condition
Collect the recipient's name & signature.
Self Unassignment (Dependable Badge)
Drivers forfeit all points from a delivery in the event of a self unassignment.
Customer Service
Prioritize the customer experience always:
Arrive in the vehicle requested
Follow pickup and delivery notes
Utilize courteous communication
Dress appropriately
Maintain vehicle
Keep cargo areas clean and clear
Appropriately secure loads
Report damage to Curri immediately
If a customer requests any additional service, inform the customer that you will communicate with the Curri team and we will work together to meet the customer's need.
If a violation is issued during a delivery, the score for that delivery will be adjusted accordingly. Learn more about our Driver Community Guidelines and violations here.
Raise your Driver Score and earn Badges!
You can absolutely raise your driver score and earn back badges. Be sure to be attentive to all elements above on your next deliveries to raise and maintain your score. Your score and badges are based on an average of your most recent deliveries. The higher you score on deliveries, the higher your Driver Score will be!
Our system works to factor in the items included above. Additionally, customers provide delivery feedback. Always be mindful of the service and experience we are providing customers.
