When you drive with Curri as a carrier driver, your carrier manager will assign you and your vehicle to matching deliveries. When they do, you'll get a notification on your phone. You'll then use the app throughout the entirety of the delivery process.
Getting to your deliveries
The Your deliveries screen is where everything starts — it's a card that will show you everything you need to know about your assigned delivery.
Getting notified of an assignment
When your carrier manager assigns you to a delivery, you'll get a notification with the delivery priority, location details, and required vehicle. Opening it lets you review the delivery and confirm it.
Rush deliveries are immediate and direct.
Scheduled deliveries are picked up at the scheduled pickup time and delivered immediately and directly — see confirming below.
Do not combine Curri deliveries with other loads.
Confirming a scheduled delivery
If the delivery is scheduled, confirm it during the confirm window, which opens 3 hours before the scheduled start time. The Confirm Delivery button is disabled outside that window and active once it opens.
Open the delivery to view the Delivery overview — a map with the route and per-stop confirmation, showing only city/ZIP until you confirm.
Tap Confirm Delivery.
You'll see a "Delivery has been confirmed" banner.
Tap Start delivery when you're ready to go.
Heading to pickup
Review the delivery notes for this stage — location details are available too. Tap Directions to start navigation to the pickup location. You can view full delivery details at any time.
Completing pickup
At the pickup location:
Take clear photos showing where you picked up the items, the items' condition, and that they're secured in your vehicle. Upload any required documentation.
Add driver notes if needed.
Tap Continue when you're done.
Heading to drop-off
Review the delivery notes for this stage and tap Directions to start navigation to the drop-off location.
Completing the delivery
At drop-off:
Take clear photos showing the items delivered to the correct location — landmarks like garage doors, mailboxes, or signage help confirm this.
Get the recipient's name and signature in the app.
Upload any required delivery documents.
Tap Complete delivery when you're done.
You'll land on a confirmation screen letting you know the delivery is complete — thanks for providing a great delivery experience for our customers!
If something comes up
If you can't complete a stop — a damaged or missing package, no one available at the location, bad weather, a mechanical issue, or anything else — tap Can't complete stop on the stop screen. Pick the category that fits under What's the issue? (for package issues, select the specific affected order). You'll land on a confirmation screen: Curri support will review it, and your route won't change until they update it.
Unassigning
If you need to unassign yourself from a delivery, tap the red Unassign delivery link — you'll find it on your Assigned Deliveries screen or on the stop screen before you confirm. Self-unassignments impact your Driver Score and add an account violation, so use this only when necessary.
Questions about a past delivery
The app doesn't include a delivery history screen for carrier drivers. If you have questions about a delivery you've already completed, reach out to your carrier owner — they can pull up the details for you.
