Delivery progress tracking is a major feature for our customers. All drivers must keep tracking enabled throughout the delivery.

The Curri Driver app must be used throughout the delivery process — tracking enabled.

Our customers rely on precise timelines. Delivery progress tracking is critical, so drivers must enable location tracking on their phones to log pickups and deliveries. Drivers and carriers who don't enable tracking risk violations and removal from the Curri platform.

Driver & Carrier Benefits

  • Enables the app to automatically progress through delivery stages

  • Confirms delivery success

  • Access to nearby deliveries

  • Maintaining higher driver scores + not risking violations = higher platform status

Activating location tracking

Enable location permissions in phone settings

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.

  2. Scroll down to and tap Curri Driver in the Apps section.

  3. Tap Location and ensure Always and Precise Location are selected.

  4. Presto! You should be all set!

Reinstalling the Curri Driver App

If the above process doesn't work, try a fresh install to enable all features:

  1. Delete the app by long-pressing the icon and selecting Delete/Uninstall.

  2. Re-download from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

  3. Log in with your phone number.

  4. Accept all permission prompts.
