Can't set yourself to active? Asked to turn on your location tracking? The fix is easy!

Setting yourself to "Active" in the Curri Driver app allows you to claim deliveries, and enables tracking of delivery progress throughout your claimed deliveries. Keeping your app set to throughout the delivery process "Active" is required.

Activating location tracking

Enable location permissions in phone settings

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.

  2. Scroll down to and tap Curri Driver in the Apps section.

  3. Tap Location and ensure Always and Precise Location are selected.

  4. Presto! You should be all set!

Reinstall of the Curri Driver app

In the odd case that the above process does not work β€” and to ensure all features are enabled including location, notifications for new opportunities, and app automation β€” we recommend a fresh install.

When you first download and open the Curri Driver app, you will be prompted to allow permissions. We will only prompt you to accept the permissions required for the app to perform properly. For success on the Curri Driver platform, you must allow all permission requests as prompted.

You can simply:

  1. Delete the Curri Driver app from your phone: Long-press the app icon and tap Delete or Uninstall.

  2. Download it again on your phone's app store (Apple App Store, Google Play).

  3. Log into your driver account using your phone number.

  4. Accept all permissions as you are prompted.
