Confirming a Scheduled Delivery

Scheduled deliveries must be confirmed by the assigned driver 1-hour ahead of pickup.

Confirming that you will be heading to your scheduled delivery tells Curri and our customers that you are totally dialed in for a successful delivery and will arrive on-time. It's an important part of the quality of service that our Curri Community offers our customers!

Required: Confirmation 1 hour ahead of the pickup time

Drivers must confirm their scheduled delivery 1 hour ahead of the scheduled pickup time by opening the delivery and tapping "Confirm Delivery" in the Curri Driver app.

  1. Tap "Confirm Delivery" 1 hour in advance to confirm.

  2. Just be sure to arrive at pickup on-time.

Recommendations

We recommend that when you claim a scheduled delivery:

  1. Ensure that your personal schedule will allow you to fulfill the delivery without combining other deliveries or overlap with other commitments.

  2. Set your alarm clock right away — especially for those early morning deliveries.

  3. Always give yourself enough time to confirm 1 hour in advance and to arrive at the origin for the scheduled pickup time.

Scheduled delivery reminder

You must arrive at pickup for the scheduled time. Materials then must be taken immediately and directly to the destination. Do not combine Curri deliveries with other loads. We are a direct service and ensure that they entire vehicle cargo area is available to our booking customers.

Important note:

Not confirming 1 hour ahead of the pickup time for a scheduled delivery that you are assigned to may result in removal from the delivery and a violation added to your account. Violations are also given for every self-unassignment but are easily appealed if done the day prior to your scheduled delivery.
