Confirming that you will be heading to your scheduled delivery tells Curri and our customers that you are totally dialed in for a successful delivery and will arrive on-time. It's an important part of the quality of service that our Curri Community offers our customers.
Required: Confirm within the 3-hour window before pickup
Drivers must confirm their scheduled delivery during the confirm window, which opens 3 hours before the scheduled start time. The Confirm Delivery button is disabled outside that window and becomes active once the window opens.
Open the delivery to view the Delivery overview
Once you're within the 3-hour window, tap Confirm Delivery
You'll see a "Delivery has been confirmed" banner once it goes through
Just be sure to arrive at pickup on-time — when you're ready, tap Start delivery
Recommendations
We recommend that when you claim a scheduled delivery:
Ensure that your personal schedule will allow you to fulfill the delivery without combining other deliveries or overlap with other commitments.
Set your alarm clock right away — especially for those early morning deliveries.
Always give yourself enough time to confirm within the 3-hour window and to arrive at the origin for the scheduled pickup time.
You must arrive at pickup for the scheduled time. Materials then must be taken immediately and directly to the destination.
Do not combine Curri deliveries with other loads. We are a direct service and ensure that the entire vehicle cargo area is available to our booking customers.
Important note: Not confirming within the 3-hour window before the pickup time for a scheduled delivery that you are assigned to may result in removal from the delivery and a violation added to your account. Violations are also given for every self-unassignment but are easily appealed if done the day prior to your scheduled delivery.
